About Me

Hi! My name is Justin Werner and I'm a REALTOR with Prime Realty (formerly RE/MAX Exclusive as of April 2020). How can I help you meet your real estate related goals?

Each time I work with a client, I put myself in their shoes and do my best to help them achieve their desires and goals as if they were my own.

I have been a REALTOR since 2007 and have enjoyed every day since then being with my same brokerage, formerly RE/MAX Exclusive, not named Prime Realty. It's great to work for the best real estate company.

I've lived in San Antonio since I was 5 years old, so I'm very familiar with our diverse city. I'm a REALTOR. Whenever interviewing agents, don't settle for someone doing this as a hobby or just an "agent". Ask if they are a REALTOR. We've taken a pledge and must adhere to a strict code of ethics.

I have been very well trained and I am highly motivated to get you where you need to go. I have taken many continuing education classes above & beyond the required classes; such as classes in Marketing, Short Sales, Mortgage Finance, Advanced Contracts, Appraisal, Buyer Representation, Certified Distressed Property Expert, and Certified Residential Specialist classes. I have an approach to pricing that very few REALTORS know how to do. It's quite similar to the approach the appraisers use. When sellers put their house on the market in the price range I develop, they are 80% of the way to closing.

My goal is to make a client for life each time I work with someone new. At the end of the transaction I want to make sure you feel like I did the best I could for you and that you rave to your friends/family how good of a job I did, so my (growing) work-by-referral business can expand one client at a time.

I have a background in graphic design and architecture. I worked in the field of architecture for many, many years doing CAD drafting/design (CAD = Computer Aided Drafting) and I actually have an Associate's Degree in Architecture. So, yes, I know a well-built house when I see one.

I conduct my business with a straight-forward, honest approach, and I consistently rank at the top of client surveys for satisfaction in frequency of communication, accuracy of information given, knowledge, and professionalism.

I am the best REALTOR in San Antonio, known for my diligence and persistence to get transactions closed despite roadblocks and setbacks along the way. I spend more time with my clients, as opposed to searching for new ones, thanks to so many happy, satisfied clients recommending me to their friends & family.

I hold the Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) designation. I specialize in helping buyers.

I hold the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation. We are the top 4% of all agents and we do 25% of all the business.

I am Short Sale & Foreclosure Resource (SFR) Certified. I specialize in helping buyers and sellers buy/sell distressed properties.
