What do I do you ask?

Yes I help people buy and sell houses. What you may not realize is there is a lot involved in the process. This page will tell you exactly what I do for my clients. 

For Buyers:

  • Search for ideal home for you by looking at all homes for sale after meeting with you to discuss exactly what you need in a home
  • Help you get pre-approved for a home loan
  • Email listing information to you per your criteria
  • Schedule showing appointments and walk you through homes
  • Answer any questions you may have about any part of the home-buying process
  • Find recently sold & actively competing, comparable properties for home you are wishing to purchase and/or prepare a market analysis in order to prepare a fair offer and make sure you don't overpay
  • Prepare estimated closing costs as requested if your mortgage broker / loan officer hasn't already given you estimate of closing costs
  • Fill out the purchase contract for you making sure everything in it works best for you
  • Present offers for you and negotiate on your behalf making sure your interests are first and that you are getting the best deal 
  • Guide you through home inspection, answering any questions you may have
  • Draw up and coordinate amendments to contract as necessary and re-negotiate as required
  • Verify appraisal and survey (if new one is needed) are completed in a timely fashion
  • Coordinate all facets of the transaction and make sure all members involved are doing their job in order to get you to closing in a timely fashion
  • Attend closing and help you take care of any last minute details

And how much does it cost you for all these real estate services you ask? Not a penny. The list agent agrees to share part of his/her commission with me for bringing the buyer (you).

For Sellers:

  • MLS Listing with multiple photos for all SABOR (over 11,000) REALTORS to see
